Operated by Web3 Ventures Enterprise. These terms govern use of this website and any evaluation access granted through it. A signed agreement, where one exists, governs instead of this page and takes precedence over everything below.
You may read, quote with attribution, and run any verification artifact published here, including the diligence harness, without an account and without asking. You may not misrepresent the source of material taken from here, and you may not present synthetic figures published here as measurements of a real deployment.
Demonstrations on this estate run on synthetic data and are labelled as such wherever they appear. Figures shown in demonstrations, the discrepancy of the week, and product films are composed to illustrate a mechanism. They are not measurements of any customer, deployment, or outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as a representation of results achieved for a third party.
This site and any evaluation access are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Verification artifacts are published so you can check claims yourself; publishing them is not a warranty that they will produce a particular result in your environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web3 Ventures Enterprise, its owners, officers, and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of this site or any evaluation access, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability arising from this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars, or the amount you paid for access in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

EOS, AssetShop, Asset Passport, The Verify Standard, and Outcome Warranty are marks of Web3 Ventures Enterprise. The Verify Standard is published as an adoptable specification and may be implemented by anyone; that permission covers the specification, not the marks.
These terms may be updated. Material changes are dated here rather than announced elsewhere, on the principle that a page you can check beats a notice you have to have received.
