Why a layer above, and why neutral
The systems of record have an incentive to preserve their own version of reality. We are deliberately provider-neutral and sit above them. Our job is not to become another system of record. Our job is to reconcile the records, preserve disagreement, establish evidence, and make the resulting state usable by humans and AI.

AssetShop builds infrastructure for operating the increasingly complex industrial base, and an immersive creator network with its own identity and its own audience. They are deliberately separate in front of customers and deliberately shared underneath, because the second one already built technology the first one runs on.
The stack
Who owns what, and which name goes on which document.
Enterprise buyers ask who they are actually contracting with. Creators ask whose network they are joining. Both answers are here, and neither requires learning the other.
Holds the intellectual property, the platform, the capital structure and the governance. It is the counterparty on every contract, and it is what a legal team diligences.
The name on the enterprise contract, the site and the support relationship. Separate from the company name so a second product can ship under it without renaming the first.
The Enterprise Operating System. An intelligence and decision layer above the systems a company already runs: it reads them, and acts only on a named approval. It finds where they disagree and proves it from the records.
Read-only. It sees everything permitted and changes nothing; it proves where your systems disagree, and it serves your AI only what is evidenced, with every figure labeled.
Write. It executes only what Nerio has evidenced and a person has authorized, reversibly, on a record you keep. Built; executes into its own ledger today; ERP adapters are listed with their status the day they ship.
