The path, standardized

One intake, one pipeline, one folder

Every engagement runs the identical five-station pipeline; only your inputs change it. Completing the required information triggers generation of the formal quotation, the scope of work, and the role-defined onboarding project plan, delivered together as your onboarding package folder. The tailored, business-specific platform configuration is the tenth item on the method gate register and unlocks on mutual execution of the MSA. Gated: unlocks on mutual execution of the MSA.

The required information

What we ask for, and why each item exists

Nothing on this list is decoration: each item states what it unlocks, and the pipeline refuses to generate from a partial intake because a quotation built on guesses would be an invention wearing a letterhead. This checklist renders from the same registry the runtime validates against, so the page and the product cannot disagree.

OrganizationLegal entity nameNames the party on the quotation, the SOW, and the MSA.
OrganizationIndustry and operating footprintSelects the domain vocabulary the tailored platform speaks.
OrganizationApproximate revenue band and headcountSizes the tier recommendation; band, never a demand for exact figures.
Systems of recordNamed systems of record in scopeEach maps to a read-only connector; the quote lists only what the catalog carries.
Systems of recordDecision domains in scopeSupply, finance, operations, customer, workforce; module scope derives from these and nothing else.
Systems of recordHighest data class involvedSets the tenant policy ceiling for anything external; strictest reading defaults.
PeopleExecutive sponsor, namedOwns the outcome on the customer side; the plan assigns them the decisions.
PeopleOne named owner per system of recordThe connector cannot read what nobody grants; each owner has week-one tasks.
PeopleData steward or controller contactSigns the reconciliation baselines; the evolution ledger refuses without a human reference.
OutcomeTwo or three success measures in your wordsBecome the KPIs the tailored platform computes first; the Outcome Warranty determination reads against these.
OutcomeTarget first-baseline date and constraintsThe plan schedules backward from it and states where the formula disagrees.
OutcomeMeasurement window and cadence, your definitionYou define the window results are measured over and choose the cadence, one to four sessions per year, and whether the founder participates in each; only convergence-confirmed value enters a measurement.
OutcomeCompliance context that governs youResidency and review requirements enter the tenant policy before any route is made.

The roles

Every task in the plan names its owner

The onboarding plan is role-total by assertion: a task without an owner cannot exist in it. Five roles, both sides of the table.

CUSTOMER_SPONSORExecutive sponsor: owns the outcome, signs the success measures, unblocks access
CUSTOMER_SYSTEM_OWNEROne per system of record: grants read scope, answers mapping questions
CUSTOMER_STEWARDData steward: reconciles, signs every baseline the evolution ledger pins
ASSETSHOP_FOUNDERFounder-led delivery: configuration, walkthroughs, the weekly evidence review
COUNSEL_BOTHBoth counsels: MSA and DPA execution, the gate register acknowledgment

From insight to execution, routed

The right owner, the next action, across every function

Detection is the cheap half. The platform moves each finding into the right owner's queue with the next action already named, review against lineage, decide on the ledger, action it in your own system, await convergence, so a workflow crosses finance, supply, operations, and legal without a meeting to decide what moving even means. It is designed for the situations that are hardest precisely because they are cross functional: the contested figure three departments own a piece of, the correction that has to land in one system and be observed by another, the decision whose value is on a different ledger than its cost. The result is not a generic workflow engine; it is the best final workflow for your organization specifically, because the routing derives from your owners, your systems, and your recorded decisions, and a decided figure is not treated as a corrected one until a later ingestion of your own system shows the agreed value present.

The operating model, drawn

What is actually being proposed, beside what you have

Buyers ask where this sits. The honest answer is a picture: the traditional chart routes information up and decisions down through layers, which is where the weeks go; the proposed model leaves your organization and your systems exactly where they are and adds an agreement layer beside them, read-only, where the numbers reconcile, the next hour is ranked, decisions record with evidence, and evolution chains cryptographically. Nothing is replaced. Authority does not move. Latency does.

Why it is better, for everyone

The same layer reads differently from every chair

A design that only helps the buyer of record is a tool; this is an operating model because each role gains something it did not have.

ExecutiveWeeks-per-decision falls and is on the books, owned, instead of unpriced.
FinanceOne agreed figure per question, its evidence a click away, the export never losing its lineage.
IT and securityRead-only by architecture; nothing replaced, no write scope to review, refusal codes instead of surprises.
OperationsThe morning opens on the one issue worth the next hour, drill route attached.
The boardAn evolution chain a stranger can verify, and a battery that recomputes every claim.
TeamsDisagreement stops being blame and becomes a classified, owned, evidenced item on a queue.

The moat, compounding

Why this gets harder to leave the longer it runs

Four assets accrue at your decision rate and no other rate: the decision ledger with misses kept, the evolution chain of validated baselines, playbooks generated only from measured hits, and the trust history per source. None can be exported into a competitor because each is your history under your validation; the method that computes them is gated behind the MSA, and the methodology is published beside every score, which is the part a knockoff cannot copy without also being audited against it.

Begin

The intake takes one working session

Send the twelve items to the founder directly; the quotation, scope of work, and plan generate from them, and the package folder arrives with every artifact carrying its status. Gated: unlocks on mutual execution of the MSA.
