Accessibility Statement

You do not have to take our word for anything: every claim on this estate is independently verifiable, and the harness that proves it ships with the product.

AssetShop is committed to making the platform usable by the widest possible range of people, including those who rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as a product requirement, reviewed on every release, and several of the checks below run as automated assertions inside the sealed battery, so a regression fails red instead of shipping.

Conformance target

AssetShop targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA and designs against the principles underlying Section 508. Conformance is stated honestly: the platform is built to the AA standard and tested against it, gaps found in review are tracked and remediated rather than hidden, and a formal third-party audit with a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template is on the enterprise-assurance roadmap, available to customers on request as completed. A self-assessed conformance report is available on request today.

What is implemented, and tested

Keyboard operability

Interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard, with skip links to main content on application surfaces.

Visible focus

A clear, high-contrast focus indicator renders for keyboard users on links, buttons, inputs, and navigable controls, held by the design-language assertions on every sealed run.

Screen-reader labeling

Icon-only controls carry accessible names; decorative graphics are marked so assistive technology ignores them.

Semantic structure

Landmark regions and a logical heading order let screen-reader users navigate by structure.

Contrast, verified

Text and interface colors are designed to the AA contrast threshold and verified by an automated contrast check across every theme and surface in the battery; color is never the only carrier of information, with status also carried by text and labels.

Reflow and motion

Layouts reflow without page-level horizontal scrolling and remain usable when text is enlarged; entrance motion respects the reduced-motion preference, asserted in the battery.

Supported assistive technologies

AssetShop is designed to work with current versions of mainstream assistive technologies on current major browsers, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, browser zoom and operating-system magnification, and keyboard-only navigation. Because the product runs in the browser, the experience also depends on the customer chosen browser and assistive-technology versions.

Known limitations

Some dense operational views present large data tables that scroll horizontally inside their own container by design, which is standard for data-grid interfaces; the surrounding page does not itself scroll horizontally, and that lock is asserted. Where a specific view proves difficult for a particular assistive technology, it is logged and prioritized for remediation, and this statement updates as limitations resolve.

Requesting accommodations or reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or require an accommodation to evaluate or use the platform, write to Founder@AssetShopEnterprise.com with the subject line Accessibility. Requests are acknowledged promptly with a timeframe for any needed remediation, and accessibility feedback directly informs the roadmap.

This statement reflects current implementation and is reviewed each release. It was restored to the public estate at R123 from the sealed v3.95 product of record, transformed under the standing claim laws, and is held by suite so it cannot silently disappear again.
