Data Processing Addendum

The air-gapped deployment processes no customer personal data outside your environment, which is why the DPA is short.

Position

EOS is read-only toward every system of record and makes no external calls at runtime. Where you connect an optional integration, the platform reports the data class before it is enabled. See sub-processors.

Required before this binds

An executed DPA reviewed by counsel, naming the controller, the processor, the processing purposes, retention and the transfer mechanism for your jurisdictions. This page states the architecture; it is not itself the agreement.
