Commercial model
One way to buy EOS. Every number on this page.
EOS is infrastructure for operating the increasingly complex industrial base, and it is priced so the customer wins first. It is sold by engagement, in three steps: a fixed two-week assessment, a $50,000 pilot with the assessment credited in full and the $35,000 balance fully refundable if the mutually agreed target is not achieved by day 90, then a commercial term at no annual license where we are paid a published share of the value we deliver. Every number is below.
Why a layer above, and why neutral
The systems of record have an incentive to preserve their own version of reality. We are deliberately provider-neutral and sit above them. Our job is not to become another system of record. Our job is to reconcile the records, preserve disagreement, establish evidence, and make the resulting state usable by humans and AI.
- Reconcile the records. Every system is read; none is rewritten.
- Preserve disagreement. A contested figure stays contested, both sides shown with their dates, until the person with authority settles it.
- Establish evidence. Every figure opens to the dated record and the owner that produced it.
- Make the state usable. Routed to the human with authority to act, and served as governed context to whichever AI you choose.
Which path is yours
| EOS, by engagement | |
|---|---|
| Who it is for | An estate with several systems of record and a value case worth measuring |
| How it begins | A two-week AI Assessment, $15,000: read-only connectors to two systems of record; up to 10 named users; one agent key with read and propose authority; the context service in a private workspace; the evaluation battery and the report |
| Then | A $50,000 pilot (up to 4 systems, up to 25 named users, up to 3 agent keys) with the $15,000 assessment credited in full, so $35,000 more is due; that $35,000 balance is fully refundable if the mutually agreed target is not achieved by day 90; then $0 a year with a share of value delivered, for every employee, with no seat fee |
| Scope | Set in the assessment: the systems, the targets, the baseline |
| Who can use it | Assessment: up to 10 named users. Pilot: up to 25. Commercial term: every employee on your roster or in your verified email domains, with no seat fee. Your people sign in with their company email from the roster you share, with no consumer identity check. External parties you invite one by one (a supplier, a consultant, an account manager) take a named-user place in the assessment and the pilot, and are $100 per seat per month in the commercial term. |
| Guarantee | The $35,000 pilot balance fully refunded if the mutually agreed target is not achieved by day 90; the $15,000 assessment, credited against the pilot, is not refundable |
| How to start | Request an assessment |
The enterprise engagement, step by step
- 1. Assessment. $15,000, fixed. The pilot is your decision afterward, not a commitment made now.
- We connect read-only to the systems you name, find where they disagree, and write the targets with you: what will be measured, from which records, against which baseline, and what counts as achieved. The targets are auditable by your own finance function before anything else is signed. You receive the assessment outcome as a written document; if you read it and decide not to proceed, the engagement ends there and nothing further is owed. The assessment is yours to keep and to act on with or without us.
- 2. Pilot. $50,000, with the $15,000 assessment credited in full, so $35,000 more is due. That $35,000 balance is fully refundable if the mutually agreed target is not achieved by day 90; the assessment, already credited, is not.
- EOS runs against the scoped slice of your estate for the agreed period. The read connectors and spreadsheet templates for your functions are built and conformed against test fixtures (readiness by function), and they are released to you under the master services agreement, not before. Writing into your ERP directly is not built: a decided change is carried out by your team, or by your own executor under a signed, single-use authorization from Minerva, and EOS then verifies that every system reached the decided state. Nothing is sent to your executor until your organization has a signed contract, a pilot verified against its target, and your own recorded approval, so during the pilot your team carries out decided changes and EOS verifies them. At the end, the targets from the assessment are checked against your systems of record. If it is not achieved by day 90, the $35,000 pilot balance is fully refunded; the assessment, credited against the pilot, is not. If they are, the commercial term begins.
- 3. Commercial term. No annual license. A published share of the value delivered, and you may end it at any time.
- Once the system is commercially live, you are paid-as-you-benefit: we take an agreed share of value your finance function has verified, with no seat fee for your employees and no annual license; external parties you invite are $100 per seat per month. There is no minimum term and no lock-in. You may end the term at any time, for any reason, with thirty days written notice; you owe only the share earned on value already verified before that notice. The read-only connections are yours to revoke from your own systems, and an evidence pack that leaves with you and verifies offline without us is specified, not built yet.
| Value delivered in the year | Our share |
|---|---|
| The first $100,000 | 15% |
| The next $400,000 (to $500,000) | 10% |
| The next $4,500,000 (to $5,000,000) | 7.5% |
| Everything above $5,000,000 | 5% |
The brackets are marginal, like a tax schedule: each rate applies only to the slice of value inside its bracket, so every additional dollar you gain leaves you better off and never moves earlier dollars to a different rate. Value delivered is the amount the assessment defined and the year-end verification confirmed, never an estimate.
Modeled. An illustration of the published schedule on a fixed example, not a quotation. The evaluation computes it on the value your own figures suggest: run it with your numbers.
What is fixed for everyone
| Term | Position |
|---|---|
| Basis | A share of value delivered. No seat fee for your employees, never modules, never per-connector; external parties you invite are $100 per seat per month. |
| Baseline | Yours, validated jointly at Day 0 with your controller or equivalent, before anything is measured. |
| Writes to your systems | Nerio reads and never writes. EOS holds no write credential to your systems of record. A change is made only by your own executor, for a request a named person approved, under a signed, single-use authorization from Minerva, and EOS then verifies the result. Nothing is sent to your executor until your organization has a signed contract, a verified pilot and your recorded approval. |
| Payments | The assessment is committed from the request page and paid on Stripe's hosted checkout; this site itself never takes card or bank details. The pilot and the value share are settled under your signed agreement. |
| Assessment commitment | Committed online from the request page under the engagement clause, version 2026-10-10.1, accepted at the commitment and recorded with it: paid in full to commit, delivered virtually, the start date confirmed within one working day, and the company may decline or discontinue with fees for unperformed work refunded within ten business days. |
| Evaluation fee | Fixed at $15,000; credited in full against the $50,000 pilot. |
| Warranty | Attached to every pilot. Threshold negotiated; mechanism identical for every customer. |
| Exit | No exit fee. No notice required to export. Full portability terms. |
| Price increases | Capped in the agreement. The cap is in the MSA, not in a renewal conversation. |
| Data | Yours. We do not sell it, and we train no model on it. It is pooled across customers only if your organization's owner opts in (off by default): then a de-identified record of each explained or resolved disagreement (its kind, the classes of systems, the kinds of evidence, the outcome, and time and value as bands; never a value, a name, an identifier, a document or free text) improves the rules every customer receives, a pattern shows only when at least 5 organizations contributed, and you can stop and have your contributions removed at any time. |
What is fixed, and what is measured
The rates are fixed and published above; only the amount depends on the value your finance function verifies. That amount cannot exist before the baseline it is measured against, which you and we set together in the assessment.
Two things follow, and both are commitments rather than reassurances. The commercial terms are set at signature and recorded in the decision ledger like everything else. And the qualitative terms above are exact and identical for every customer, so nothing about the price is withheld.
What this page is not
It is not a request to book a call before learning anything. Every technical claim, the full connector list, the verification harness, the portability terms and the walkthrough are published and need no call with us (every page on this site is open to read, with no identity check). The only thing that requires a conversation is your baseline, because the amount you pay is measured against it.
Modeling your side of it
The evaluation models your current process cost and the recovery you expect, from your own figures, with every formula printed with your numbers substituted; the value instrument shows the same arithmetic worked through. Your inputs are labeled as assumptions and the result as a scenario, because that is what they are. Neither is a quote.

The workforce covenant. Hours EOS returns are committed to redeployment, not reduction: a good-faith covenant at Section 12.14 of the MSA, an annual CHRO self-attestation per Exhibit G, binding for the subscription term plus a twelve-month tail. The full terms.

Where the one-time $50,000 pays for itself.
The assessment and the pilot together are $50,000, paid once. Everything after that is a share of value your finance function has verified. Worked through here for a month of the disagreement at $40,000 with 30% of it recovered: the month the one-time cost is square, after the value share. Your own figures run in the evaluation.
Working capital tied up by contested figures, expedite fees, duplicate payments, the hours spent reconciling by hand.
Conservative is the point. The pilot's target is written with you and audited by your own finance function.

Twelve months after commercial go-live: $74,600 net. $144,000 recovered, less the value share of $19,400 (15% of the first $100,000, $15,000; 10% of the next $44,000, $4,400), less the $50,000 one-time cost.
Modeled: an illustration from the example's inputs, not a forecast and not a promise. If the pilot's target is not achieved by day 90, the $35,000 balance is refunded and your one-time cost is the $15,000 assessment.
