EOS investor presentation
Fourteen slides from Web3 Ventures Enterprise. Release R674, October 10, 2026. Move between the slides with the left and right arrow keys, or print them to a PDF.
Web3 Ventures Enterprise builds enterprise operating infrastructure for the next generation of digital commerce.
It holds the intellectual property, the platform, the capital structure and the governance, and it is the contracting party on every contract.
- Web3 Ventures Enterprise builds and owns it
- EOS powers it: the Enterprise Operating System
- AssetShop applies it to Web3: the Web3 operating layer
- assetshopenterprise.com presents and delivers it
Every system is correct about its own records. Nobody is responsible for whether they agree.
- The ERPis correct about what was posted.
- The warehouse systemis correct about what was scanned.
- Procurementis correct about what was received.
So the question is settled the old way: an export, a spreadsheet, a meeting, and whoever argues best.
Point an agent at systems that disagree and you have not automated the work. You have automated the argument.
EOS, the Enterprise Operating System, is Super Intelligence (SI) above your systems of record.
Super Intelligence, SI, is the intelligence layer above every system of record: it reads them all, preserves where they disagree, reasons only over evidenced, reconciled state, labels every claim by what it rests on, and acts only on a named person's approval.
The name is positional, from super, above: the layer above the systems, governed. It is not a claim that a model outthinks people.
Read-only toward your systems of record: a change is made only by your own executor, on a named person's approval, and EOS verifies the result.
- Systems of record
- Agreement and contextEOS, where SI sits
- Models and agents
- Decisions, by a named person
- Actions, by your own executor
One loop, nine steps: from reading what already runs to learning from the measured result.
- 1Connectreads what already runs
- 2Normalizeone shape for every source
- 3Reconcilewhere systems disagree
- 4Agreethe figure both sides signed
- 5Understandcontext around the figure
- 6Decidethe recorded choice
- 7Actthe change, executed
- 8Measurethe outcome, observed
- 9Learnfed back into the loop
Start with one disagreement. Expand into the operating layer. The loop does not simply gather information. It builds an evidence-backed operating model that supports a decision, and it keeps the measured outcome.
Six products run on EOS. Each is optional, and a call into one you do not run is refused by name.
NerioAssessReads every system you run and keeps each disagreement with its sources.Live
MinervaActionActs only on what a named person approved, with the reversal recorded first.Live
HonosGovernRoutes each request by a versioned policy to a named person and seals the decision.Live
FidesPartnersDecides what may cross between organizations, and names every refusal.Live
ForculusIntegrateEvery door into and out of the record, signed on the way in and gated on the way out.Live
PortunusTraceFollows every item from making to end of life, with custody recorded on receipt.Live
Nerio reads and never writes. Minerva writes only what a named person approved, with the reversal recorded before the write. OBSERVEDEOS is applied to sixteen enterprise functions, each with its own page; every figure on those pages is modeled on a synthetic tenant and labeled.
Five things you can check without taking our word for them.
Signed public ledger
PublicEvery release receipt, proof object and conformance result the operator publishes is signed by the service and chained to the entry before it.
Check it: fetch the ledger and the public key from the service, recompute each chain hash, and verify each Ed25519 signature.
Executable conformance
PublicTwelve checks per connector, each read as pass, fail or not run. A check nothing exercises reads not run, never pass. OBSERVED516 cells: 43 connectors in the registry, twelve checks each.
Check it: ask the service for its conformance report and count the cells that are not a pass.
Reproducible releases
Data roomEach release is rebuilt from the previous one by the release tools alone and compared file by file. It ships only when the rebuild shows no differences.
Check it: the reproduction records and the tool list are delivered in the data room; the rebuilt tree must equal the published seal.
Release seals
PublicThe site lists the SHA-256 of every sealed file in /verify/integrity.json, and the estate carries a content hash over all of its files.
Check it: hash any file the site serves and compare it with its line in the seal. Nothing needs our involvement.
Bill of materials
Data roomA CycloneDX 1.6 list of the service's dependencies and of the front-end libraries both sites vendor.
Check it: it is delivered in the data room; parse it and compare it with the dependency manifests of the service.
These checks prove integrity, order and arithmetic. They are self-verification, not an audit opinion or a certification, and none is claimed. An accredited independent auditor is expected and has not yet been engaged.
AssetShop is EOS applied to Web3, and its consumer estate has eighteen doors and twenty-nine realms.
AssetShop is the Web3 operating layer, powered by EOS. It applies the platform to wallets, assets, protocols, treasury and markets. Asset Shop Intelligence is Super Intelligence for Web3, powered by EOS Intelligence.
The estate at assetshop.eth is where members use it. Members spend SNX, closed-loop prepaid service credit. SNX is not a token: there is no token, no contract address, no supply and no market, and none is planned.
The enterprise product has no SNX surface. EOS is sold by enterprise engagement; the estate is where the Web3 layer is met.
A fixed assessment, a pilot refunded against agreed targets, then a share of the value your finance team verifies.
EOS Target Opportunity Assessment
- Read-only, on two systems of record you name
- Up to 10 named users and one agent key with read and propose authority
- First finding within 14 days
- Credited in full against the pilot
- Nothing installed in your systems and no write permission asked
- You keep the register, the decision log and the targets either way
Pilot
- The $15,000 assessment is credited, so the pilot adds $35,000
- Runs against a target written with your finance team before Day 0, measured at day 90
- The $35,000 balance is refunded in full by ACH if the target is not achieved by day 90
- Room for up to 4 systems of record, up to 25 named users and up to 3 agent keys
Commercial term
- A marginal share of value your finance function has verified: 15% of the first $100,000, 10% to $500,000, 7.5% to $5 million, 5% above
- No seat fee for your employees; $100 per seat per month for external parties
- No module fee, no per-connector fee, no minimum term
- End at any time with thirty days written notice
OBSERVEDEvery price and term on this slide is the published price list, as of October 10, 2026. The assessment is committed from the request page and paid on Stripe's hosted checkout; this site itself never takes card or bank details. The pilot and the value share are settled under your signed agreement.
Value is counted in the customer's books and shared by a schedule published first.
Six gates before any value is attributed
- EOS surfaced the finding; it was not already open in your own queue.
- The baseline predates the intervention. With no earlier baseline, the attributable share is zero.
- The evidence pack is pinned and intact (the pinned pack is specified, not built yet).
- The outcome is measured at settlement, not at recording and not at decision.
- A named person on your side confirms the measured figure.
- Confounders are assessed and deducted, deliberately against us: with one alternative cause that cannot be quantified, half the value is attributed; with two or more, none.
MODELEDA worked example, twelve months after go-live
- ASSUMEDA month of the disagreement costs
- $40,000
- ASSUMEDShare of it recovered
- 30%
- Recovered each month
- $12,000
- Recovered in twelve months
- $144,000
- Less the value share: 15% of the first $100,000 ($15,000) and 10% of the next $44,000 ($4,400)
- $19,400
- Less the one-time cost
- $50,000
- Net after twelve months of the commercial term
- $74,600
- Break-even, after the value share
- month 5
ASSUMEDThe two inputs are ours to argue with; yours replace them on the pricing page. An illustration from the example's inputs, not a forecast and not a promise.
The wedge is a fixed-price, read-only assessment on two systems that disagree.
Why now
“80% report that data is not accessible across teams to support AI use cases.”
OBSERVEDMicrosoft Agent Readiness Survey, September 2025, n = 500 enterprise organizations. Read on October 10, 2026.“around 65 percent of APS programs fail to achieve their expected return on investment.”
OBSERVEDMcKinsey, “The quiet enabler: data management best practices for APS deployments,” April 7, 2026, a survey of 80 companies in November 2025. APS means advanced planning systems. Read on October 10, 2026.The buyer. ASSUMEDThe CFO of a multi-ERP industrial company, or the operating partner of a fund, with Internal Audit as champion. A working hypothesis, labeled as one.
The market. No market size has been counted. The method is a count of U.S. industrial companies of about $1 billion to $20 billion in annual sales with two or more ERPs or a recent acquisition. The model on the investor page lets you set your own inputs.
The central bet. Buyers pay for evidence and reconciliation as a category. It is untested, and the investor page lists the assumptions that would show it wrong.
The moat is the customer's accumulated precedent, and it is built to be exported.
Five moats we are building, in order of importance
- The authority-bound decision recordWho decided what, under which policy, with what evidence, and whether it held.
- The evidence graphObservations with source and time, kept disagreements and confirmed matches.
- Agreements across organizationsWhat may cross between organizations through Fides, at which rung, under whose grant.
- Connectors with recorded fixturesEach new customer on the same system starts ahead, from the edge cases already recorded.
- The measured-outcome historyVerified changes, day-90 determinations and settled value, kept per customer.
ASSUMEDFour things are harder to copy
- Independence from every system of record.
- Reach across vendors and organizations.
- A dated record that cannot be backfilled.
- Incentives tied to verified value.
These are judgments, not measurements. The hashes are not the moat: any competent team can reproduce them. The largest competitive risk is an incumbent adding reconciliation.
EOS was designed and built from the buyer's side of the table.
The founder: a procurement and supply-chain leader with more than ten years of global category strategy, strategic sourcing and external manufacturing across regulated consumer health and technology hardware; more than $100MM in realized, avoided and identified savings; an Oxford-trained negotiator (top ten percent of class); founder of a profitable consumer business before this one; designed and built EOS from the buyer's side of the table.
STATEDEvery statement on this slide is the founder's own account. It has not been checked by anyone else.
The founder is not named on a public page. The full professional summary is delivered in the data room.
Round 1: $10M; terms discussed directly.
STATEDThe size of the first round, as the company states it. Commercial proof comes first: paid pilots on production estates, measured under the published standard. Then the engineering, assurance and corporate work that runs them.
The company assigns no valuation here. Nothing in this presentation is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
ASSUMEDHow the round is planned to be used, as shares of the round
- Commercial proof35%Paid pilots on production estates, measured under the published standard.
- Engineering25%Senior engineers, scaffolds promoted to conformed in production engagements, billing and entitlements.
- Security and assurance15%A SOC 2 Type II observation window and report (no certification is claimed), penetration testing, source escrow, patent counsel.
- Go to market15%Operating-partner-facing sales, a solutions engineer, category content and the Verify Standard conformance register.

- Operating reserve5%A buffer beyond the plan's term, held in reserve.
Check the record, tell us where it fails, and introduce us to the people who own the number.
- Check the recordRun the checks on the proof slide and the market model on the investor page with your own inputs. Every figure here says what it rests on.
- Tell us where it failsName the assumption you would test first. The investor page lists ours and marks the central bet as untested.
- Introduce us to the buyerFinance leaders at multi-ERP industrial companies and private equity operating teams, the people the assessment is written for.
- Talk about Round 1Terms are discussed directly. Write to founder@assetshopenterprise.com, or request the diligence package from the investor page.
What we will not do. We will not claim traction, certification or independent verification that the record cannot support.
Forward-looking statements are expectations. These materials are public. That is general solicitation; any offering is expected to proceed under Rule 506(c). Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
